Our SWANsat Referral Program
Earn an Income from SWANsat
 When you refer your family, friends, or anyone else to
SWANsat
and they become MySWANmail Subscribers, you can earn up to 20% of
the initial MySWANmail Subscriber Fees of your referrals. All you
have to do is give those you refer to
SWANsat
your Subscriber Account Number, which our HTML code will
automatically place in the "Referral ID" field of the
online subscription form.
Why do we do this? Because all
products and services, no matter who offers them, carry an
advertising budget. We have our choice of allocating this money to radio
stations, print publications, billboards, TV, etc. Because we have to spend
the money, where would you prefer that we spend our advertising
dollars? Since we have to spend it anyway, we think that you would have us
pay it to you. Wouldn't you rather take our advertising dollars? We thought
so.
Here's a graphical summary of the
process:
 You will receive 20%*
of the initial Subscriber Fees from your referrals as a credit toward your account.
And if your referring subscribers become
SWANsat Beneficiaries,
we will credit 5% of the initial MySWANmail Subscriber Fees
from any referring subscribers under them to your account.
When
SWANsat satellite services
begin in 2011, we will automatically upgrade your referral fees to 2% of the monthly
fees paid through your referrals. That could be as much as $24 per year per referral.
 How to Join the SWANsat Beneficiary Program
Please note: You must have a PayPal account to receive
payments under the
SWANsat
Beneficiary Program. To join PayPal, visit
PayPal.
1. Instead of opening an Individual
SWANsat account,
open a Business Account.
This allows you to use a Purchase Order to place your order instead of using a credit card. A Purchase Order gives
you ten days to submit payment by check or to have your account credited by referral fees.
2. Once you have signed up, log in to your
MySWANmail account.
You will see a check box that says "I want to participate in the
SWANsat
Beneficiary Program."
By clicking on the check box and completing the Beneficiary registration form, HTML code will be generated for
you and posted in a special section of your personal account page. All
you have to do is copy and paste the referral HTML code into your own web pages or into an HTML-based email message.
3. Call or email your friends and tell them about the
SWANsat Beneficiary
Program. When they become MySWANmail email account subscribers,
have them enter your
SWANsat Subscriber Account
Number in the Referral ID field of the sign up form. When they sign up from an email
using the HTML code we send
you, your
SWANsat account is automatically credited for the referral.
4. You or your organization will receive a credit of 20%* of the
subscription fees paid by your referring MySWANmail subscribers.
5. If you subscribe to a MySWANmail Business Account using the Purchase Order
option, we will credit your Purchase Order with a percentage of the fees generated by your referrals. For example,
if five of your referrals purchase a five-year subscription, your Purchase Order will be credited as "Paid
in Full".
6. On or about the first day of each month,
any referral fees owed to you will be paid out to you through your PayPal account, minus a small
administration fee that is charged by the PayPal system.
7. Please note: If you sign up for
a MySWANmail Business Account using the Purchase Order option, your Purchase Order
requires that a payment from you of $100 be sent by "snail mail" to the
SWANsat billing address on the
Purchase Order within ten days of your enrollment. If you are unable to achieve referrals equal to
or greater than $100 before the ten day period expires, you should send in your check. If your referrals sign
up before the end of the quarter, your fees will be refunded to you when the quarterly payment is sent.
Participating in our Referral Program
1. When your visitors or readers click on your referral link or uses your
SWANsat Subscriber Account number in the referral field of the sign up
form, your account will be credited with 20% of the
referrer's MySWANmail annual subscription fees.
2. If you are participating in our Beneficiary Program and the person you
refer becomes a Beneficiary Program participant, you will be credited with 5% of the referrer's beneficiary fees.
*When our
SWANsat satellite
services begin, referral fees will be limited to 2% of the monthly account fees paid by the referring Subscribers. Until
SWANsat
satellite services begin,
SWANsat Beneficiaries will receive
20% of the annual MySWANmail subscriber fees.
In the event the referral becomes a
SWANsat
Beneficiary, you or your organization will receive 5% of the MySWANmail
annual subscription fees paid by the referral. |
