Host Licensing Countries

The SWANsat™ constellation of satellites operate in the W-band under a license issued by host countries that granted to Leading Edge Technologies an exclusive 25-year renewable permit to launch and operate the satellites.

SWANsat Holdings, LLC

SWANsat Holdings, LLC is a privately-held company. Operating under an exclusive license from LET, the company’s primary mission is to manage the SWANsat™ System’s development and to manage all Subscriber Accounts. SWANsat Holdings pays a percentage of all Subscriber Account Fees to LET.

SWANsat Marketing, LLC

SWANsat Marketing, LLC is a privately-held company. Operating under an exclusive license from SWANsat Holdings, the company’s primary responsibilities are:

• to serve as the primary portal for signing up new Subscriber Accounts

• to reserve SWANsat™ Subscriber Account Numbers for new and returning subscribers through an Internet sign-up methodology

• to create and implement promotional programs that attract new Subscribers

• to create and implement promotional programs that seek to upgrade current subscribers to additional SWANsat™ services (as new services are developed in the future)

• to license the use of the SWANsat™ logo on consumer products

• to collect subscriber fees for the SWANsat™ Subscriber newsletter and for the SWANsat Subscriber Accounts, and to allocate the fees to the appropriate SAT companies

• to create the SWANsat™ System graphic and corporate image

• to advertise the SWANsat™ system worldwide through whatever media and means the company deems necessary and appropriate (including product placement in television programs and motion pictures, ad placements on radio, television and in print)

SWANsat Information Systems, LLC

SWANsat Information Systems, LLC is a privately-held company. Operating under an exclusive license from SWANsat Holdings, the company’s primary responsibilities are: to develop and manage the SWANsat™ system's interfaces with the SWANsat™ system's vendor, with the Internet and with the various media sources whose services may be distributed over the SWANsat™ system, and to manage the SWANsat™ system's security, including hacker and/or terrorist interdiction.

SWANsat Development, LLC

SWANsat Development, LLC is a privately-held company. Operating under an exclusive license from SWANsat Holdings, LLC, the company’s primary responsibility is to manage the creation of the SWANsat™ system's handsets and related electronic accessories. SWANsat Holdings will utilize equipment made and/or  designed by SWANsat Development, LLC.

SWANsat Equity, LLC

SWANsat Equity, LLC is a privately-held company. Operating under an exclusive license from SWANsat Holdings, LLC, the company’s primary responsibility is to manage the real estate holdings, property leases, and real property management needs of the various companies affiliated with SWANsat Holdings, LLC.
